These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between WebSEOSols S.r.l. ("WebSEOSols", "we") and any individual or entity ("Client") purchasing services through webseosols.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
WebSEOSols provides digital SEO services including but not limited to: Technical SEO audits, content strategy, link building, local SEO, rank monitoring, and SEO recovery. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are involved.
Services are described on the relevant service pages and in the checkout summary presented before payment. Scope is confirmed at the kickoff stage and documented in writing before work begins.
All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. One-time projects are invoiced in two instalments: 50% on project commencement, 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced monthly on the same calendar date.
Italian businesses with a registered P.IVA must contact us before purchase for correct invoicing with IVA documentation. Individuals and non-Italian businesses are invoiced without IVA at the standard rate applicable in their jurisdiction.
Delivery timelines are described in our Delivery Policy. All deliverables are provided digitally via email or secure file sharing. WebSEOSols will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control including client delays in providing required access or information.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate information at checkout and during onboarding; grant necessary access (Google Search Console, GA4) within 5 business days of project start; respond to queries and review deliverables within 7 business days; not engage conflicting SEO services from third parties during an active retainer without prior notification.
WebSEOSols does not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search engine algorithms are operated by third parties (including Google) outside our control. We guarantee the quality, quantity, and honesty of our work, and report results transparently every month regardless of outcome.
Deliverables produced by WebSEOSols (reports, content briefs, strategy documents, written content where included) are licensed to the Client for their own use upon full payment. WebSEOSols retains the right to describe the nature of the engagement (without disclosing confidential data) in its marketing and portfolio materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. WebSEOSols will not disclose client business data, analytics figures, or strategy content to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Monthly retainers may be terminated by either party after the minimum 3-month term with 30 days written notice to hello@webseosols.com. One-time projects are considered complete upon final delivery. Refund terms on termination are governed by our Refund Policy.
WebSEOSols's total liability to the Client under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. WebSEOSols is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of revenue, loss of rankings caused by algorithm changes, or losses arising from the Client's own actions.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taranto, Italy, unless the Client is a consumer resident in another EU member state, in which case they may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
We may revise these Terms. For active retainer clients, changes take effect 30 days after written notification. For new purchases, the Terms at the time of purchase apply.
