FAQ

Questions we get
asked a lot.

Straight answers to the things every serious buyer wants to know before engaging an SEO agency.

For most sites: 60–90 days to see measurable traffic movement, 4–8 months for significant rankings on competitive terms. Domain authority, technical health, and competitive density all affect this. We set specific, written expectations at project start.
No. Google's algorithm is outside any agency's control. We guarantee the quality and quantity of work delivered and report honestly every month against results. Our 94% client retention rate reflects that the approach works — we just cannot pre-commit to positions Google has not decided yet.
Typically one of three things: they focused on easy, low-impact work and ignored the hard structural problems; their reporting was designed to look impressive rather than show what was happening; or they used link building tactics that violated Google's guidelines. We show you everything we do, every month.
Yes, frequently. We often function as a specialist SEO extension of an existing team. We provide the SEO strategy and technical oversight; your team handles content production or development. The scope adapts to what you already have.
Both. The team is bilingual. We run campaigns targeting Italian, English, or both markets, and have experience with multi-country European SEO including hreflang implementation.
Growth and Elite retainers have a 3-month minimum. SEO needs time to compound — shorter commitments do not give the work enough runway. After the minimum: 30 days written notice to cancel.
Payments via Stripe. Essential (one-time projects): 50% on start, 50% on delivery. Retainers: monthly invoice on the same date. Italian businesses with a P.IVA should contact us before purchase for correct IVA documentation.
Minimum: read access to Google Search Console and GA4. For retainer clients we also use Ahrefs or access your existing subscription. CMS access is needed for on-page implementation work.
Yes — we have strong experience with Shopify and WooCommerce specifically. E-commerce technical SEO has particular challenges around duplicate URLs, faceted navigation, and product schema that we address as standard.
We can share a redacted example report in a pre-sales call. Contact us to arrange one.
No account managers, no juniors, no offshore. The five people doing the work are the five people on the team. Every client account is handled by the same specialist from month one to month twelve.
No. We only do SEO. Staying inside one discipline is what allows the work to be genuinely specialist rather than generalist.
Yes — migration-related traffic loss is one of the most common scenarios we deal with. We have a structured migration audit process that identifies every redirect issue, canonical error, and content gap a migration can produce.
Retainer clients can exit with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month term. One-time project refund terms are in our Refund Policy — we offer partial refunds at specific project milestones if delivery expectations are not met.
