1. Overview
WebSEOSols delivers professional digital SEO services. Because our work involves significant analyst and specialist time beginning from project start, refunds are structured by project milestone and service type. We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.
2. One-time projects (Essential package and service-specific audits)
One-time projects follow a two-instalment payment model: 50% on commencement, 50% on delivery.
- Before work begins: Full refund of any amounts paid.
- After work has begun but before delivery: First instalment is non-refundable as it covers analyst time already committed. Second instalment has not yet been charged.
- After delivery: If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will revise the deliverable at no charge. If revision is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at WebSEOSols's discretion, capped at 50% of the total project fee.
- Dissatisfaction with results: Audits, strategy documents, and content briefs are professional service deliverables. Disagreement with findings or recommendations does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Monthly retainers (Growth and Elite packages)
- Cooling-off period (48 hours from first payment): Full refund if requested in writing within 48 hours of the initial payment, provided no onboarding call has taken place and no work has begun.
- After 48 hours / after work begins: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the month in which work has been delivered or commenced.
- Future months: Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice after the minimum 3-month term. No refund is due for the notice period month if work continues during it.
- If WebSEOSols fails to deliver: If we do not deliver the contracted outputs for a given month (e.g., fail to deliver the monthly report, fail to acquire contracted links, fail to complete agreed on-page work without reasonable cause), we will credit the relevant portion of that month's fee to the following month.
4. Add-ons
Add-on services are non-refundable once delivery has begun. If an add-on cannot be delivered, a full refund of the add-on fee will be issued.
5. Support hours
Purchased support hours are non-refundable once used. Unused support hours purchased as part of a package are refundable within 60 days of purchase if not yet scheduled or used.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@webseosols.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order reference, name, and the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.
7. EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the service has already commenced with your explicit consent. By agreeing to our Terms of Service and proceeding with an onboarding call or delivery, you consent to early commencement and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies from that point.
